Material Handler
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production floor. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: West Sacramento, CA
Pay Range: $20.60/hr
Shift: 8am-4:30pm
What's the Job?
- Handle and maintain the flow of materials throughout the plant
- Complete daily pre-start forklift maintenance inspection report (or VCR)
- Complete sorting and deboxing of material
- Move/stack pallets/materials on the production floor
- Dump gaylords, totes and cages
What's Needed?
- Must be 18 years of age
- Steel toe shoes/boots required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work any shift as needed
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
