Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Basic computer and documentation skills preferred
Experience Requirements
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift operating experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with inventory, order pulling, and warehouse logistics is a plus
Job Duties
- Receive, distribute, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production facility
- Pull parts for production and stock materials in assigned warehouse locations
- Pack wooden crates and overpack boxes for customer shipments
- Load and unload customer orders safely and accurately
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Complete production, shipping, and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all Quality Management System requirements and safety procedures
Physical Capabilities
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, climbing, and reaching
- Lift up to 35 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment throughout the shift
