As a material handler/forklift operator you will support slitter machine operations by safely loading and unloading materials, handling products throughout the manufacturing process, and operating material handling equipment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with loading and unloading material to slitter machines in a safe and efficient manner.
Support slitter machine operation by preparing materials, monitoring production, and assisting the machine operator as needed.
Perform general material handling duties, including staging, organizing, and moving materials throughout the facility.
Operate sit-down forklifts and motorized pallet jacks to transport materials and finished goods.
Follow production instructions and work closely with machine operators and team members to maintain smooth workflow.
Schedule & Pay
B Shift ($21.50/hr): Sunday - Tuesday (every other Saturday) 6:00pm - 6:00am
D Shift ($21.50/hr): Wednesday - Friday (every other Saturday) 6:00pm - 6:00am
Work Environment
- It is a clean manufacturing facility and climate controlled, very comfortable work environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
