Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Potential temp to perm)
Pay Rate: $21.26/hr.
Shift Time: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 04:30 PM
Future full time opportunities would be on 2nd shift but contingent workers will start on 1st shift
Job Details:
- Level III: 5-7 years.
- Under direct supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.
- May operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
- This is an entry-level position.
- Typically requires a high school education.
- Prior forklift experience or current valid forklift license required.
- Contingent worker must pass forklift license test at PPG as well.
- Future full time opportunities would be on 2nd shift but contingent workers will start on 1st shift.
- Overtime is required during the week and weekends as needed.
