Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts to load and unload shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory in accordance with established procedures
- Support team efforts to meet production and operational targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and work instructions
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in material handling
- Forklift operation certification and experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Familiarity with inventory control systems; SAP experience preferred
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed
