Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Physical and electronic inventory moves within the facilities
- Use of labeling and visual controls to maintain product traceability
- Clean dryers, hoppers and lines
- Stage resins and components as needed for manufacturing
- Setup of color concentrate loaders per procedure
- Reconcile resins and components when work order finishes, relabel and return to warehouse physically and electronically.
- Maintain a clean work area including material staging area and warehouse
- Troubleshoot material issues.
- Program resin feed system
- Support physical inventory as needed.
- Operate presses as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use weight counting scales
- Self-starter and requires minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP (JDE preferred)
- Experience in cleanroom environments desired
- Forklift experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to legally drive 24’ box truck.
- Knowledge of ISO and Good Documentation Practices
- General computer proficiency
