We are seeking an experienced Material Handler who is excited to join a growing warehouse operation that directly supports a production team delivering cardiac monitors to over one million patients each year. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials flow accurately, efficiently, and on time to support life-saving medical technology.

Role requires supporting incoming receiving and inspections as well as picking and transacting material to a production floor. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a high level of attention to detail and a solid background in warehouse operations. This individual will be comfortable helping to establish best practices, executing daily priorities, and informally leading warehouse activities in collaboration with the broader warehouse team under the guidance of a supervisor.

This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at five days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and material movement activities in accordance with established procedures
  • Inspect and test incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage; verify documentation and contents
  • Transport, package, and label materials using appropriate equipment and tools to ensure safe handling and full traceability
  • Execute all material transactions in Microsoft Dynamics software to support inventory accuracy and traceability
  • Pull and prepare materials for internal and external customers while maintaining system and documentation compliance
  • Follow verbal, written, and visual work instructions written in English
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and manufacturing operations
  • Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Safely operate electric and manual pallet jacks

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience with a high school diploma and/or equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships
  • Comfortable working in warehouse inventory management software to execute inventory and material transactions

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated industry
