GSCM is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) who will be responsible for managing Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) activities that support both ANTPY-2 Development programs, and ANTPY-2 Sustainment programs. The MPM will serve as the interface between Supply Chain and the Program working on development and sustainment contracts. Key responsibilities include the following: developing and implementing material strategies, material forecasting, small business forecasting, ensuring cost and schedule requirements are met, evaluating metrics to monitor GSCM health, supplier assessments, and development/support of ROMs/proposals.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
