Material Program Manager
Raytheon is seeking an experienced professional with a strong and proven successful background in Supply Chain and Program Management to fill a critical Material Program Manager (MPM) role supporting Portfolio T programs within the AFS suite of programs. Candidates must be able to succeed in high stress, fast paced development environment and possess excellent time management/prioritization skills. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), leadership abilities, and the ability to work well in a matrixed IPT environment are also important. Must be a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives, and able to interface with all levels of internal and supplier management.
The Material Program Manager will report directly to the Portfolio T Supply Chain Management Lead. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of supply chain strategies, material program and supplier management plans, supporting capture/proposal and design-to-cost initiatives throughout all phases of the product life cycle. You will be accountable to ensure suppliers are supporting Program needs, risks are mitigated, and efficiencies identified. You will be the catalyst for program execution of the Supply Chain Strategy and activities including ensuring an appropriate budget, adequate resources, managing schedule, and compliance to requirements.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
