Material Program Manager (MPM)
Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to support Programs for Electro-Optical (EO) & Infrared (IR) Solutions. The (MPM) role, within RTX, requires the individual to have demonstrated project management experience and to be accountable for overall supplier management, performance and success. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of supporting and executing organizational and program objectives, and able to successfully interface with all levels of internal management and supplier management.
The MPM is the single point of contact between management and internal customers, including the Program Office, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Contracts. The MPM will represent the Supply Chain organization on policies, strategies, and objectives, oversee all supply chain management (SCM) activities needed to meet program requirements, and ensure a strong link between various Supply Chain functions, including Sourcing, Logistics, and Production Control. This position requires an individual who will be able to influence others to execute the overall objectives and long-range goals of the program.
As the interface between Supply Chain, the Program Office/Integrated Product Team (IPT), supplier, and other functions working on both development and production contracts; this role is responsible for executing to outlined supply chain strategies and supporting organizational and program objectives.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
