As a Maximo Developer - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through specialized Maximo applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This role is client-facing, allowing you to directly contribute to clients achieving their strategic objectives.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In increasingly complex situations, you will build acumen to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients in optimizing their operations through Maximo consulting. You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge, all while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to tailor Maximo software solutions for operational efficiency
- Implementing Maximo applications to optimize client business processes
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Maximo software
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for Maximo application enhancements
- Developing and maintaining Maximo application integrations to support client objectives
- Utilizing IBM Maximo Asset Management to streamline asset management processes
- Engaging in project management tasks to deliver Maximo solutions on time
- Applying middleware architecture skills to enhance Maximo software functionality
- Supporting field service and operations modernization initiatives through Maximo consulting
- Leveraging emerging technologies to improve Maximo application performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in IBM Maximo Asset Management
