Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Maximo Systems Developer / Integrator to lead the implementation and deployment of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) / MAS Manage for a large enterprise asset management modernization project. This role will be responsible for installing, configuring, integrating, testing, documenting, and supporting MAS environments while working closely with infrastructure, database, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation, configuration, and deployment of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) and MAS Manage.
- Manage MAS environments within Red Hat OpenShift.
- Configure security, LDAP/SSO integrations, certificates, storage, and system services.
- Support integrations with SAP, Oracle, ESRI GIS, middleware/ESB platforms, and mobility applications.
- Assist with data migration, validation, testing, and production cutovers.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues throughout deployment and go-live.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Provide post-production support and knowledge transfer to support teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IBM Maximo administration and support experience.
- 3+ years of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) experience, including MAS Manage.
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and containerized application deployments.
- Strong experience integrating Maximo/MAS with SAP, Oracle, ESRI GIS, and middleware platforms.
- Experience with LDAP, SSO, Identity Providers (IDP), and RBAC security.
- Oracle database integration and performance tuning experience.
- Scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting deployments across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and production support experience.

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- IBM Maximo certifications.
- IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) certifications.
- Red Hat OpenShift certifications.
- Kubernetes certifications.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise asset management modernization projects.
The pay range for this role is $50/hr - $90/hr
