Mechanical Assembler
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Pay Range: $20 an hour
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm
What's the Job?
- Perform final assembly of products from stock configurations to meet customer specifications (reconfigure).
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections of equipment received from overseas manufacturing facilities.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, installations, and assembly reconfigurations within designated time frames.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively to complete tasks accurately.
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure proper assembly and troubleshooting.
What's Needed?
- Experience in mechanical assembly, automotive, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule.
