Role Description
We are seeking Mechanical Reliability Engineers with a strong capability in data, M/L and Python coding. Equally comfortable in the field and in code, applying condition monitoring and predictive analytics to improve asset health and uptime.
What you'll work on
- Predictive maintenance strategies for mining assets - rotating equipment, processing plant, mobile fleet
- Python-based models and workflows for sensor and historian data
- Near real-time asset health insights via IoT and industrial data platforms
- FMEA, RCA, and asset management framework support
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in reliability principles
- Proficiency in python coding, machine learning models, generative AI
- Experience in Project Management within engineering contexts
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
