Mendix Developer (Advanced Certified) – Build Technology That Drives Real-World Impact

As part of a collaborative international team, you will design, build, and enhance Mendix applications that solve complex business challenges. You'll work on a mix of platform development, reusable application frameworks, and custom solutions that may include advanced AI integrations. Your work will directly contribute to helping organizations make better decisions and create positive environmental and social outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-grade Mendix applications.
- Translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborating closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to platform improvements, reusable components, and best practices.
- Exploring and implementing innovative technologies, including AI-powered capabilities.
- Taking ownership of project outcomes and helping drive delivery excellence.
What We're Looking For In the Candidate
Essential
- 2–3+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience.
- Mendix Advanced Developer Certification.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
- Based in the Netherlands.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have
- Mendix Expert Certification.
- Experience in consulting, customer-facing delivery, or implementation projects.
- Experience with AI integrations or emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, or impact-driven business domains.
