Job Summary:

  • Buying plan order, decide SKU and Qty ordered based on forecasted Mplan
  • Allocation initial plan and ensure the product will be allocate and able to be sold in the right store with right SKU and price.
  • Ensure the brand performance indicators are achieved as per target (ontime delivery, sold product with 0 discount and high margin, healthy inventory).


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create and review the Initial Allocation Plan (IAP) based on sales and MOH for each category/store in order to achieve the inventory level (IL) target as per M.Plan.
  • Monitoring stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs
  • Create & follow up register article , purchase order and incoming invoice
  • Ensure the timeline of delivery product, create the initial products allocation plan to stores monthly, monitor sales and the inventory level
  • Plan buying order inline brand based on sales performance & inventory analysis
  • Plan to maintain Best Selling products + NOS/ repeat while observing the upcoming trend in the industry
  • Plan the product for brand ambassador and influencer based on budget marketing
  • Work closely with brand marketing to create the marketing plan , organize the launching event to enhance brand image and awareness
  • Coordinate with VM team to ensure marketing execution align with Principal guideline
  • Prepare assortment (product article selection) for wholesale tradeshow


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Experienced as Merchandiser in fashion and footwear industry
  • Has excellent knowledge in retail operations and good knowledge about OTB
  • Strategic thinking, Analytic & negotiation skill
  • Fluent in English both oral and written and have skill to engage in communication/negotiation with principle
  • Advance with analytics tools (Microsoft Office), SAP, and retail system
