Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js & Node.js
Build secure, high-performance backend APIs with Node.js & Express
Design scalable database schemas using MongoDB
Implement authentication & security mechanisms (JWT, wallet-based auth)
Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams
Optimize application performance and scalability
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development
Strong expertise in Node.js & Express.js
Solid experience with React.js
Strong knowledge of MongoDB
Understanding of REST APIs & backend security best practices
Good problem-solving and communication skills
