Join the A220 program as a Methods Agent based in Mirabel, Québec. This role focuses on coordinating actions to resolve assembly issues while enhancing internal collaboration and learning.
As a key member of the methods support team, you will work closely with multiple departments, from production to quality, to develop methodologies and write precise work instructions. Your contributions will have a real impact on the efficiency of the assembly line and the overall project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive innovative approaches to improve assembly processes
• Promote effective communication among teams
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving
• Synthesize complex situations for different management levels
• Establish and approve assembly strategies and tools
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering
• 5-10 years in a manufacturing setting
• Experience in aeronautical interior finishing preferred
• Familiarity with planning and quality processes
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills
