This is more than a programming role—it's a chance to shape how things get made. As a Methods Engineer, you will provide the technical and administrative direction that keeps our manufacturing operation running at its best. You will generate CNC programs, create route sheets, and work side‑by‑side with the team on the floor to solve problems, reduce costs, and improve quality.
What This Role Really MeansBoth a line‑and‑support position. On the line you will control and coordinate production activities to keep things moving smoothly. In support you will develop and implement CNC programs and computer‑generated route sheets that directly influence how work gets done. You will also direct and coordinate activities across a multi‑functional department—including training programs, the development of new manufacturing processes, and driving cost reduction.
Supervision & LeadershipWhile not a full‑time supervisory role, you will step into a supervisory capacity when needed. You will also lead and direct Bargaining Unit Personnel, so strong communication and people skills are essential.
