We are seeking a hands-on Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer to design, develop, enhance, integrate, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
The developer will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable business applications. The role will focus heavily on Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, integrations, automation, data modeling, troubleshooting, and solution optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
Design and manage Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
Develop complex automated workflows using Power Automate.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications, data sources, and Azure services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Apply best practices for solution architecture, governance, data modeling, and secure-by-design development.
Manage and document configurations, data models, custom connectors, workflows, and operational support processes.
Assist with monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls in alignment with enterprise policies.
Support solution management, ALM, deployment pipelines, and DevOps processes.
5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development experience.
Strong experience developing Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
5+ years of Microsoft Dataverse experience, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.
Strong experience with Power Automate, including complex workflows and integrations.
Experience creating and managing custom connectors, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services.
Strong understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines.
Proficiency with JavaScript and Power Fx.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.
College degree or equivalent experience.
Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) configuration and extended Dataverse features.
Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, and PCI.
Knowledge of Power BI and reporting integrations.
Understanding of security architecture within the Power Platform and Azure AD.

The ideal candidate is a highly hands-on Power Platform developer who can independently build and support enterprise applications. Strong candidates should demonstrate practical experience across Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Azure integrations, APIs, security, ALM, and deployment, rather than having only functional or theoretical Power Platform experience.
