Senior Power Platform Developer, Columbia, SC | Hybrid
Hybrid Schedule: 2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a collaborative team focused on modern technology, innovation, and enterprise application development. To build and support enterprise business applications using Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Automate
Ideal Candidate
A Senior Power Platform developer who is excellent in Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate, with Azure/integration/ALM experience layered on top. We're especially interested in candidates who have designed and delivered enterprise Power Platform applications, rather than candidates who have simply supported or occasionally used Power Apps. They must be a SC resident willing to work onsite in Columbia, SC two days per week.
What You’ll Do
- Develop enterprise Power Apps, including both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps
- Design and develop Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security roles
- Build complex Power Automate workflows and business process automation
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, and enterprise applications
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services
- Configure environments, solutions, connection references, and environment variables
- Support Power Platform ALM, CI/CD, solution management, and deployment pipelines
- Use Power Fx and JavaScript to extend Power Platform applications
- Troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments
- Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, architects, and technical teams to turn business requirements into scalable solutions
- Follow enterprise standards for application architecture, security, governance, and data management
- Create technical documentation and support production, monitoring, auditing, and compliance activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development, including model-driven and canvas apps
- 5+ years of Dataverse development, including advanced data modeling and security architecture
- Strong experience with Power Automate, complex workflows, and integrations
- Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and Azure integrations
- Strong understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, DevOps, and deployment pipelines
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Power Fx, and low-code extensibility
- Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification OR 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience
Preferred Experience
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management
- Dynamics 365 CE and extended Dataverse capabilities
- Enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA, NIST, or PCI
- Power BI reporting integrations
- Power Platform and Azure AD security architecture
- Certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, or AZ-900
