We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, integrations, and Microsoft Azure technologies to deliver scalable business applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Create plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
- Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business processes.
- Perform data migrations and system upgrades.
- Configure security roles, business units, and user permissions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)/CRM
- Experience with:
- Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power BI
- Strong proficiency in:
- C#
- .NET Framework/.NET Core
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- HTML/CSS
- SQL Server
- Experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, custom actions, and business rules
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs, Web APIs, and custom integrations
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure DevOps
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and solution deployments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is a plus.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
