Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, dashboards, business process flows, workflows, and security roles.
- Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Power Apps.
- Design and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Create custom plugins, APIs, workflow extensions, and web resources.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse environments.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Microsoft Graph.
- Support data migration, system integrations, deployments, and production support.
- Manage Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions.
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services.
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certifications.
- Microsoft Azure Certifications.
- Experience with Grants Management, Licensing, Financial Systems, Case Management, or Permitting applications.
- Public Sector or State Government experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
