Job Title: Mid-Level Blazor Server UI Developer ( C#, JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS) 10+ years of exp

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities
- Develop Blazor UI components that dynamically generate and update HTML using a document builder and/or the Document Object Model (DOM).
- Consume XML data provided by middle-tier services and transform XML structures and semantics into corresponding HTML elements for user presentation and interaction.
- Implement and maintain HTML event handlers (e.g., input, change, selection, focus, mouse, keyboard events) integrated with underlying C# application logic.
- Utilize JavaScript Interoperability (JS Interop) to retrieve, process, and synchronize user inputs, selections, and application state from the browser DOM.
- Apply established CSS standards (such as BEM) to ensure consistent, scalable, and maintainable UI styling.
- Follow modern JavaScript standards (ECMAScript) and coding conventions (e.g., ESLint rules) to ensure secure, consistent, and maintainable client-side code.
- Develop and maintain secure client-side and server-side UI components in alignment with application security requirements.
- Manage source code using Azure DevOps Git repositories, adhering to established branching strategies, pull request workflows, and code review practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI defects while implementing incremental enhancements and performance improvements.
- Adhere to Government coding standards, security guidelines, and established Horseshoe architectural patterns.
Required Expertise
- Professional experience developing web-based applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within enterprise application environments.
- Demonstrated experience developing Blazor Server applications.
- Hands-on experience working with the Browser Document Object Model (DOM), including dynamic manipulation and event handling.
- Strong understanding of XML document structures, including interpretation of elements, attributes, namespaces, and hierarchical relationships.
- Experience transforming XML-based content into HTML for interactive web-based user interfaces.
- Experience in structured XML standards such as DITA, DocBook, or custom XML schemas used in document-centric systems.
