Mid Full-Stack Developer

Specialized recruitment firm offering 3 services: payroll, outsourcing, and remote team management, and recruitment for clients in the United States. Wexpand has a project to develop an AI-powered recruitment SaaS aimed at providing better services and opportunities to both job seekers and talent, integrating machine learning technology.

Activities:
- Develop the frontend of the platform using HTML, CSS, and JS (React).
- Create and manage the backend of the platform focused on performance and scalability, using Python with Django.
- Define data models, create schemas for databases, and configure queries for both SQL and non-relational databases in MongoDB.
- Create APIs.
- Integrate third-party technologies and solutions, such as payment systems, authentication and authorization systems, or error tracking tools.
- Implement security measures and identify vulnerabilities.
Requerimientos del cargo :
- Previous experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Python with the Django framework.
- Experience in React.js.
- Competency in non-relational databases, specifically MongoDB.
- Familiarity with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of AWS infrastructure is a plus.
