Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Full StackDeveloper to join our growing engineering team. Based in West Leederville, thisrole plays an active part across the full product lifecycle — from translatingideas into architecture and building net-new features, to refining and scalingexisting systems. This is a full-time position with a modern stack and variedwork to keep you genuinely engaged.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design,build, and maintain full stack features using React and Next.js on thefrontend and scalable backend services
• Integrateand manage authentication flows using Auth0, including SSO, role-basedaccess control, and token management
• Ownand improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloudinfrastructure on Linode (Akamai Cloud)
• Drivesecurity best practices across the stack, from secure authentication flowsto infrastructure hardening and vulnerability management
• Profile,diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks at both the application andinfrastructure level
• Writeclean, well-tested, and well-documented code
• Participatein code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback
• Collaborateacross teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Proactivelyaddress technical debt and keep the codebase in good shape

We are looking for someone who

• Hasa minimum of 3 years' professional software development experience
• Hasbackend development experience with Node.js
• Hashands-on experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, and API routes
• Isfamiliar with identity and access management using Auth0 or a comparableplatform
• Hasexperience deploying and managing applications on cloud infrastructure(Linode/Akamai, AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
• Isfamiliar with Cloudflare services, including tunnels, DNS, WAF, and DDoSprotection
• Iscomfortable working with RESTful APIs
• Hasa solid understanding of SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g.MongoDB, Redis) databases
• Hasa solid grasp of web fundamentals: HTTP, security best practices, andresponsive design
• Hasworking knowledge of OWASP and secure coding practices
• Iscomfortable with Git version control workflows
• Hasexperience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Bringspride in craft without losing sight of pragmatism, and communicatesclearly across teams

Nice to have

• Familiaritywith CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Priorexposure to monitoring and observability tooling
