Mid Level Full Stack Developer

Overview

You’re a developer who loves solving real problems. You write clean code, care about architecture, and enjoy working with smart people who push you to level up. This role gives you the space to do all three.

It’s meaningful, high-impact work in products that process serious volume, backed by relationships with top law firms and government agencies. You’ll join a tight, collaborative team that owns some of the company’s most critical products. You’ll be building new services and functionality, improving and refactoring the codebase, performing forensic analysis when things break, and helping set standards for how software gets built.

The stack is modern: .NET Core, EF Core, Marten, MassTransit, Typescript, React, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Kubernetes, AWS, with GitHub and Azure DevOps supporting the workflow. You’ll have the autonomy to propose ideas, drive technical decisions, and experiment with new solutions.

To do well here, you’ll need strong experience with C#, microservices, modern architectural patterns, and both front-end and back-end ecosystems. You’ll communicate clearly, own problems, and make good calls on effort vs impact—whether talking to engineers or non-technical stakeholders.
