We’re working with a well established Australian tech company that’s scaling one of its core product teams and is looking for a Mid to Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing product squad.
This is a full-time role where you’ll work closely with an experienced Technical Lead, contributing directly to a platform used by some of the biggest enterprise customers in the industry. You’ll be joining a team that ships often, values clean engineering, and builds software that operates at real scale.
While this is a full stack role, there is a stronger emphasis on backend engineering—particularly around Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS—so solid backend capability will set you up for success.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and shipping production‑grade SaaS features used by enterprise customers
- Developing and maintaining scalable full stack applications (with a backend focus)
- Designing and integrating APIs and third-party systems
- Working within AWS‑based infrastructure and services
- Collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering peers in a modern Agile environment
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience building and shipping SaaS or production web applications
- Strong experience with React / Next.js / Node.js / TypeScript
- Comfortable designing APIs and working with integrations
- Hands‑on experience with AWS environments
- A pragmatic engineer who enjoys solving real-world product problems, not just writing code
The details
- Sydney-based role (hybrid 3 days a week)
- $130K – $155K + super
- Mid to Senior level
- Immediate start or within 4 weeks
- Must have full Australian working rights
