We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Software Engineer withdeep technical capabilities, strong backend skills, and robust Dev Ops/AWSexpertise to join our team at Blue Pearl. In this role, you will beinstrumental in architecting, building, and scaling our Saa S products. You willnot only write clean, efficient backend code but also take ownership of thedeployment lifecycle, ensuring smart software management and seamless executionfrom development to production.
Key Responsibilities
Saa S & Backend Development: Leveragedeep technical capabilities to design, build, and maintain scalable,high-performance backend architectures and enterprise Saa S solutions.
Cloud Infrastructure: Architect andmanage robust cloud environments on AWS, ensuring high availability,security, and cost-efficiency.
Dev Ops & Automation: Design andimplement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment workflows, and streamlinecontinuous integration processes.
Smart Software Execution: Applymodern software management practices to optimize the software lifecycle,ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely withcross-functional teams, technical leads, and stakeholders to translateproduct requirements into deployable technical solutions.
System Maintenance: Monitor systemperformance, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively optimizearchitecture to handle platform growth.
Education: Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or arelated technical field.
Experience: 3–5 years ofproven experience in Software Engineering, with a track record ofdelivering production-ready applications.
Technical Expertise: Deep technicalcapabilities with a strong focus on backend development (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#).
Cloud Computing: Deep hands-onexperience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS).
Dev Ops Proficiency: Strong workingknowledge of Dev Ops tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, or Git Hub Actions).
Saa S Architecture: Demonstratedability to build and scale multi-tenant Saa S products.
Methodology: Strongunderstanding of Agile development methodologies and sprint-basedexecution.
Advantageous / Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: Active AWSCertification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect, or Dev Ops Engineer) is highly advantageous.
Emerging Tech: Hands-onexperience integrating AI capabilities into product workflows.
Data & Analytics: Experiencebuilding or integrating automated reporting and data visualization toolsinto Saa S platforms.
Version Control &CI/CD: Expertuse of Git and collaborative repository management.
