Mobile Application Developer- (Flutter) – Driver & Rider Applications
Digifloat is seeking a talented Mobile Application Developer (Flutter) to develop and maintain high-performance Driver and Rider mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, user-friendly, and real-time mobile solutions with Flutter, integrating maps, geolocation services, payment gateways, and backend APIs.
You will play a critical role in delivering seamless mobile experiences that enable users, drivers, and operational teams to interact efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build and enhance Driver and Rider mobile applications with a focus on performance and usability.
- Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Implement real-time features such as location tracking, push notifications, and trip updates.
- Work with Google Maps, geofencing, and navigation-related functionalities.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
- Ensure application security and adherence to coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Experience developing and deploying Android and iOS applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Hands-on experience with location services, maps, and real-time tracking features.
- Familiarity with Firebase services including Push Notifications, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing ride-hailing, delivery, logistics, or mobility applications.
- Knowledge of state management solutions such as Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
- Experience with payment gateway integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile deployment processes.
- Knowledge of mobile application security best practices.
