About the Team

What You'll Do:
- Design and develop a privacy-first session replay framework for mobile applications, focusing on user experience, performance metrics, and issue detection.
- Work on native iOS or Android development projects, utilizing languages like Java, or Kotlin.
- Contribute to mobile SDK development, enhancing features and functionality for e-commerce applications.
- Collaborate in a team environment to define, design, and deploy new features, ensuring responsiveness and high performance of applications.
- Explore and implement new technologies to optimize development efficiency and product quality.
What You\'ve Done:
- 3-5 years of experience in native iOS or Android development.
- Proficiency in languages such as Java, or Kotlin.
- Experience with Mobile SDK development is preferred.
- Experience with hybrid & web-based mobile frameworks (such as Ionic and React Native) is a plus.
- Experience with performance and memory tuning tools.
- Strong understanding of mobile application design and architecture.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.js.

We\'re a pay for impact company that is striving to lead the market in regards to compensation. Outside of your base salary, you have access to our Employee Stock Option Plan and potential variable pay or bonus arrangements.
