Overview
Chinasoft International is seeking an experienced
Mobile Developer
to join a mission‑critical public healthcare technology team in Kai Tak. Designed for a professional with 3 years of solid experience, this role demands technical independence in React Native development, cross‑platform optimization, and modern cloud deployment. You will collaborate closely with system analysts and UI/UX teams to deliver robust, secure, and user‑friendly mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
Feature Development:
Lead the implementation of complex, high‑performance features for iOS and Android applications using
React Native
.
Performance Optimization:
Diagnose and resolve app bottlenecks, optimise UI rendering, and ensure seamless offline/online data synchronization.
Cloud Infrastructure Integration:
Design and maintain backend service connections, handling API integrations on both
AWS
and
Alibaba Cloud
.
Automated Testing & QA:
Build, maintain, and execute automated unit/integration test scripts to eliminate regressions and secure production‑ready code.
Agile Collaboration:
Actively contribute to
Scrum
ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimations, code reviews, and technical grooming sessions.
Security & Compliance:
Implement mobile app security best practices, ensuring strict data privacy and secure user authentication (OAuth/Biometrics).
API Management:
Partner with backend engineers to define and consume robust RESTful APIs and WebSocket services.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum
3 years
of continuous hand‑on experience in mobile application development using
React Native
.
Cloud Capability:
Practical knowledge or experience working with
AWS
and/or
Alibaba Cloud
environments.
Methodology:
Strong understanding of
Agile and Scrum
workflows, with a proven track record of delivering within sprints.
Quality Assurance:
Practical knowledge of
automated testing
frameworks.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
Soft Skills:
Clear technical mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Language:
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
Nice to Have
Prior experience in DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) for mobile applications (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
Knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development for bridge module customization.
Familiarity with enterprise‑level architecture or public sector IT regulations in Hong Kong.
