Years Experience:5+We are seeking an experienced Mobile / React Native Developer to design, develop, and maintain high quality cross platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. The candidate will work closely with product owners, UX designers, backend teams, and QA to deliver performant, secure, and accessible mobile solutions in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain cross platform mobile applications using React Native.Build reusable, scalable, and high performance components with clean architecture.Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services.Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.Implement accessibility standards (WCAG / AODA / ADA) and mobile best practices.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel‑perfect designs.Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and mobile release processes.Work closely with QA teams to support unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing.Assist with SDK upgrades, OS updates, and vulnerability remediation.Required Technical SkillsMobile DevelopmentReact Native (latest versions)JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScriptRedux / Context API / Zustand (state management)Platform Knowledge: iOS and Android build processesApp Store / Play Store release workflowsUI & Styling: React Native UI componentsResponsive design & device compatibilityIntegration of REST APIs, JSONThird‑party SDK integrationTesting & Quality: Unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Native Testing Library)Debugging and performance optimizationDevOps & Tooling: Git, CI/CD pipelinesAndroid Studio, XcodeApp monitoring and telemetry toolsSecurity & Compliance (BFSI focused)Secure coding practicesExperience handling code scanning (SAST/DAST)Vulnerability remediationCertificate & SDK upgradesFamiliarity with mobile authentication, encryption, and secure storageNice to HaveExperience with Native iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) or Android (Kotlin/Java)Knowledge of mobile performance profiling and telemetryExposure to banking or financial services applicationsExperience with accessibility testing toolsFamiliarity with chaos testing, fault injection, and resilience testing#J-18808-Ljbffr
