Responsibilities
Engineering excellence :
Build rock‑solid mobile foundations, architecting for performance, scalability and quality that can support our global ambitions
Craft beautiful, delightful experiences that members love using
Enable globalisation at scale by designing systems that work seamlessly across markets and cultures
The health mission :
Transform how members engage with health—creating meaningful features that help them connect their data, understand progress and celebrate wins
Unlock smarter health insights by expanding data integration to deliver personalised journeys that evolve with each member
Make wellness irresistible—bringing gamification to life through challenges, streaks and reward loops that feel meaningful
Strengthen member trust by elevating communication within the app to inspire consistency, motivation and long‑term behavioural change
Qualifications
At least two years of mobile development experience
Strong experience in React Native, Expo, and iOS or Android development
Hands‑on knowledge of iOS (Objective‑C/Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin), including platform‑specific nuances and performance optimisation
Experience building and deploying mobile apps across multiple markets, navigating app store and production complexities
Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks and debugging tools
Enthusiastic team player, eager to learn, share and collaborate
Fluent in English (French not required)

Location : You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium or Spain.
