We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions within the Energy & Utilities domain . This is an individual contributor role requiring hands-on expertise across the full integration lifecyclefrom design and documentation to deployment and incident handling.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Architecture
Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Define API-led connectivity architecture and integration patterns
Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders
Development & Implementation
Develop APIs and integrations connecting Salesforce, Powercloud , and SAP, Azure & AWS
Build, test, and deploy Mule applications using best practices
Implement data transformation, orchestration, and real-time/event-driven integrations
Documentation
Create and maintain detailed technical design documents, API specifications, and integration flows
Ensure proper documentation for maintainability and knowledge transfer
Deployment & Operations
Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment across environments
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability like splunk
Experience on Git, AWS S3, Secret Manager, Custom API Gateway Policies, Confluence, Kafka, MQ etc is good.
Support & Incident Management
Handle production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
Provide L2/L3 support for integration-related incidents
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4)
Proven hands-on expertise in:
API design (RAML/OpenAPI)
DataWeave transformations
REST/SOAP integrations
Experience integrating with:
Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud)
Powercloud (utility billing systems)
SAP (IS-U / legacy billing xehkeey systems preferred)
Solid understanding of Energy & Utilities business processes (metering, billing, customer management, etc.)
Experience in end-to-end integration lifecycle (design ? development ? deployment ? support)
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Team player working with multiple vendors
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer / Integration Architect )
