Salary Range : $90K/Annum

Job Summary
- Develop and optimize NC programs for CNC Milling, Turning, Mill-Turn, and Multi-Axis machining centers.
- Create efficient machining strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cycle time performance.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Tooling, and Production teams to support manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and machining best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and modify NC programs using CAM software such as NX CAM, Mastercam, CATIA Manufacturing, Creo Manufacturing, or PowerMill.
- Interpret engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, GD&T requirements, and manufacturing specifications.
- Create setup sheets, tooling documentation, process plans, and operator instructions for production.
- Support machine prove-outs, first-piece inspections, and production troubleshooting activities.
Technical Responsibilities
- Perform tool selection, machining sequence planning, cutting parameter optimization, and process validation.
- Simulate and verify NC programs to ensure collision-free, accurate, and efficient machining operations.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Analyze machining processes and recommend improvements to reduce cycle time, scrap, and production costs.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in NC Programming for 3-Axis, 4-Axis, and 5-Axis CNC machining environments.
- Proficiency with CAM software such as Siemens NX CAM, Mastercam, CATIA Manufacturing, Creo Manufacturing, or PowerMill.
- Experience with CNC controllers including Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or Mazatrol.
- Solid understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, cutting tools, fixtures, and machining processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in CNC Programming / NC Programming within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CNC Milling, Turning, Mill-Turn operations, High-Speed Machining (HSM), and Multi-Axis machining strategies.
- Knowledge of NC verification tools such as Vericut or NCSimul and machining of castings, forgings, weldments, and precision components.
