Responsibilities :
Participate in system analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
Work closely with business users to understand actual business needs and technical requirements
Translate business requirements into effective, maintainable technical solutions
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and provide practical recommendations
Analyse system issues, propose solutions and follow through until resolution
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors when required
Prepare and maintain system and technical documentation
Requirements :
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
2-4 years of software development experience
Hands on experience in applying AI assisted techniques and tools across the software development lifecycle is mandatory.
Proven ability to multitask, make sound decisions and exercise good judgement
Self-motivated and proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a good team player.
Solid knowledge and hands on experience in C# or at least one popular development tool, together with experience in Microsoft SQL.
Knowledge of evolutionary database techniques, including agile data modelling, database refactoring, test driven design (TDD), and database regression testing; experience with AI assisted coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) is an advantage.
Knowledge and experience in web application development using ReactJS will be an advantage.
Experience in designing, developing, or delivering AI or machine learning related use cases will be an advantage.
