Job Description:
As a .NET/Crystal Reports/SQL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications, reports, and database solutions. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable .NET applications, Crystal Reports, SQL Server solutions, and business process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, services, and reporting solutions.
- Develop and support Crystal Reports, forms, widgets, and Power Platform solutions.
- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and database objects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain, support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications and systems.
- Perform application coding, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for assigned business applications.
- Collaborate with business users and project teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and application specifications.
- Support code versioning, change management, and development best practices.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 5+ years of application development experience.
- Strong experience with C# .NET and .NET web application development.
- Extensive SQL Server development experience, including stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and database design.
- Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining Crystal Reports.
- Experience analyzing business requirements and designing effective technical solutions.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools and DevOps practices.
- Experience with report, form, and application development tools.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, EHR workflows, MyAvatar, RxConnect, or Dentrix preferred.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
