We are looking for a Senior Developer to join a collaborative, cross-functional Agile team to support application development, modernization, and complex data migration initiatives.
Position Details
- Location: Hartford, CT (Must be local or willing to commute/relocate)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site 1 day per week)
- Interview Process: In-Person or Remote Options Available
- Shift: Standard EST Business Hours
Core Responsibilities
- Software Engineering: Design, refactor, and build components using ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and Power Apps.
- Data Migration & Validation: Develop and run automated SQL validation scripts to ensure data accuracy across legacy and modern systems.
- Requirements & Mapping: Translate business needs into user stories, create legacy-to-modern data and interface mappings, and maintain product backlogs in Azure DevOps.
- Cloud & DevOps: Work within Azure SQL, App Services, and continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD).
Key Skills Needed
- Web Tech: ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, Power Apps
- Database & Scripting: SQL, Azure SQL, Data Modeling, Data Mapping, SSIS/ETL
- Cloud Platforms: Azure App Service, Azure DevOps, Azure Git Repositories
- Methodologies & Tools: Agile/Scrum, MS Visio (Process Mapping), MS Excel
