We are looking for an experienced Lead.NET Developer with expertise in Angular and React to join our team.
In this role, you will drive the design and implementation of innovative features for our platforms while leading efforts to modernize existing technologies. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a skilled team to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions tailored to evolving business demands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver new features for our travel platform, providing front-end expertise as part of a full-stack team utilizing.NET and Azure technologies
- Revamp outdated technologies through refactoring, migration, and the implementation of distributed cloud-enabled architectures
- Produce clean, efficient, peer-reviewed, and testable code that ensures performance and maintainability
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Design Teams, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders to promote enhancements in code quality, durability, and reduction of technical debt
- Work closely with Risk and Security teams to ensure the protection and compliance of sensitive member data across all implementations
Requirements :
- At least 5 years of experience in.NET development, including proficiency in C#,.NET Core, and.NET Framework
- A minimum of one year of experience in leading and managing development teams
- Experience in driving technical designs, mentoring team members, and establishing engineering best practices
- Extensive experience working with SQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs for both internal and external service integration
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Expertise in microservices and micro front-end architectures for distributed systems
- Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies, including iterative planning and execution cycles
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Git, GitFlow, and Azure DevOps (ADO) to support agile workflows
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
