About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Engineering & Cloud Lead with 8+ years of experience to drive digital product development, cloud transformation, DevOps excellence, and AI-driven innovation. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across complex enterprise initiatives while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of digital channels and product development initiatives.
• Provide architecture guidance across .NET-based platforms and modern frontend technologies.
• Drive DevOps adoption, automation, CI/CD, and operational excellence.
• Lead cloud-native solutions and migration initiatives on AWS.
• Champion Data & AI capabilities within digital products and enterprise platforms.
• Promote Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage complex technical challenges and provide strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to achieve project objectives.
• Mentor technical teams and influence architecture and engineering best practices.

Essential Skills

• 8+ years of IT and software engineering experience.
• Strong background in Digital Channels and Product Development.
• Extensive experience with .NET Framework/.NET ecosystem.
• Strong Frontend Architecture expertise.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with modern CI/CD and automation tools.
• Strong AWS Cloud experience.
• Experience delivering Data & AI initiatives.
• Strong Agile delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading complex enterprise-scale technology programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments.
• Cloud architecture certifications (AWS preferred).
• Experience with modern microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Exposure to AI/ML implementation within digital products.
• Team leadership, mentoring, and resource planning experience.
