Job Description
The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is seeking an experienced .NET Developer III to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#/.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and DevOps. This role involves developing reports, forms, widgets, SQL objects, and supporting mission-critical healthcare applications.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of application development experience
- Strong experience with C#.NET and .NET Framework
- 5+ years of Microsoft SQL Server development
- Expertise in writing SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, UDFs, Transactions, and Table Variables
- Strong experience with Crystal Reports
- Experience with Power Apps, Power BI Services, and Power Automate
- Experience with DevOps/Code Versioning Tools
- Experience with program, report, and form development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Highly Desired Skills
- Healthcare/Hospital EHR experience
- Knowledge of eMAR, ADT, Order Entry, Medication Dispensing, Assessments
- Experience with MyAvatar
- Experience with RxConnect
- Experience with Dentrix
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain .NET applications and services
- Develop and maintain Crystal Reports, Forms, Widgets, and Power Platform solutions
- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective technical solutions
- Support, maintain, and enhance existing enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC
- Perform code reviews, documentation, testing, and production support
- Ensure high-quality software delivery using DevOps best practices
