Position : Senior .NET Developer
Location : Baltimore, MD Hybrid (2 days onsite/Week)
Duration : Long term contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, REST APIs, and CI/CD with experience building scalable, high-performance solutions. Experience supporting Government/Public Sector applications, including Accela or OpenGov, is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise .NET applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases and queries.
- Integrate third-party applications and APIs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of .NET development experience
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET, and Blazor
- Microsoft Azure
- SQL Server (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
- REST APIs and Microservices
- Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code
- Power BI or Tableau
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise application development
- 2+ years of technical leadership or lead developer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Accela, OpenGov, or other Government SaaS platforms
- Local, State, or Federal Government experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
