The Job
Responsibilities :
- Provides leadership and expertise in the development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns and practices, manages methodologies and ensures adherence to established policies :
- Coordinates, assists , and monitors new software and/or hardware installations; evaluates new equipment and systems for current and future purchases and installations :
- Supports and develops the design of complex systems integrations :
- Build early prototypes of product components and validate them for technical design and performance :
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or Computer Science :
- Fluent in English/Spanish :
- 2+ years progressively responsible systems architecture, design, and development :
- Experience in designing and delivering distributed systems :
- Solid understanding of security/access control, scalability, high availability and concurrency patterns :
- Prior experience in the design and development of relational databases :
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and related technologies (hardware, virtualization, networking) :
- Expertise in the following : Data technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, 4D / Service Oriented Architecture / REST Web Services / Net framework / JavaScript / C# / VisualStudio :
- Knowledgeab le in the maintenance of Windows environments :
- Flexibility and creativity in solutions design - including emerging technologies :
- Expert user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare all documents, presentations, graphs, briefings, and worksheets :
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle :

- Master's degree in business, computer science or related field :
- Experience working in a national or global company :
- Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment :
