Looking for a strong Sr. .Net Full Stack Developer with experience working with .Net, MVC, C#, Angular and Azure + to join our team in Irving, TX
Roles and Responsibilities
- The primary technical requirement is strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, AG Grid, and Highcharts, with experience in Kafka and Azure. Beyond technical skills,
- we're looking for engineers who can quickly integrate with an existing team, understand the business and technical landscape, and contribute value immediately.
- Strong hands-on development experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server Deep expertise in Angular (v12+), including component-based architecture, state management, performance optimization, and responsive UI development
- Extensive experience building enterprise-grade data-intensive applications using AG Grid, including custom cell renderers, advanced filtering, sorting, grouping, pivoting, and performance tuning
- Strong experience with Highcharts for creating interactive dashboards, data visualizations, drill-down reports, and custom chart implementations Experience with Kafka, event-driven architectures, and message-based integration patterns
- Experience working with Azure cloud services and modern cloud-native application architectures Ability to quickly learn and become productive in new domains and systems Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently driving solutions to completion Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools, code-generation platforms, or agentic coding frameworks to improve engineering productivity (preferred)
- Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, accountability, and a continuous learning mindset Strong collaboration, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills Ability to rapidly understand and contribute within an existing architecture, codebase, and development processes
- Experience working in embedded delivery models alongside established engineering teams Proven ability to deliver business value quickly while maintaining high-quality coding standards, scalability, security, and sound engineering practices

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

- Building complex enterprise web applications with large datasets and real-time data visualization requirements
- Designing highly performant Angular frontends integrated with .NET Core backend services Implementing reusable charting and reporting frameworks using Highcharts Optimizing AG Grid performance for large-scale datasets and interactive user experiences
- Working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments and CI/CD pipelines Experience with healthcare, analytics, or data-driven business applications is a plus'Software
- Design and Best Practices: Apply software design principles such as SOLID and Domain-Driven Design.
- Understand code patterns and practices.
- Maintain currency in technical skills and industry trends.
