.NET Full Stack Developer

Location: Columbus, Oh (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+months

*Onsite interviews are REQUIRED after initial 15 minute screening, for selected candidates. *

*DO NOT submit candidate who cannot interview, in-person, at Columbus, Ohio. *
Job Duties & Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using the .NET framework (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#) and modern frontend technologies.
Database & Integration: Architect and optimize SQL Server databases, write complex stored procedures, and build secure Web APIs / RESTful services for secure cross-agency data sharing.
Modernization & Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing legacy systems, troubleshoot application errors, and refactor code to comply with modern state IT security standards.
Collaboration & DevOps: Work alongside Business Analysts, Project Managers, and System Administrators in an Agile environment. Maintain source code control using Git/Azure DevOps and assist with CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Documentation & Compliance: Author technical documentation, system architectures, and user manuals. Ensure all applications meet accessibility (ADA/Section 508) and state data security protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

Completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; AND 24 months of experience in software development/implementation.
Or 48 months of experience in software development/implementation..

Preferred Technical Skills & Experience

Backend: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework.
Frontend: Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor).
Database: Strong SQL Server skills
Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
Security: Understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10) and identity management (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
