The Role - .NET Full Stack Developer (Copilot-Enabled)
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to join our client’s technology team in the financial services domain . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies across both backend and frontend layers.
A key requirement for this role is hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot or similar AI‑assisted development tools to improve coding productivity, automate repetitive tasks, accelerate debugging, and enhance development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Develop robust APIs, microservices, and backend services for financial applications
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and architects to deliver high‑quality solutions
- Use Copilot / AI‑assisted coding tools effectively for code generation, refactoring, documentation, debugging, and productivity improvements
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well‑documented code following best practices
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and secure development principles
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Work with databases such as SQL Server and support data modeling, query optimization, and integration needs
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services
Requirements
- Strong experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core
- Proficiency in C#
- Experience in building and consuming REST APIs and web services
- Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases
- Experience with Entity Framework / ORM tools
- Hands‑on experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants
- Familiarity with Azure / AWS cloud environments is a plus
- Experience with Git , CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum development methodology
- Strong understanding of software design principles, debugging, and problem‑solving
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and data protection principles
