Job Title: .NET Full Stack Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking .NET Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building and supporting enterprise applications. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across the full stack, working with modern .NET technologies, databases, and front-end frameworks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core)
- Build and enhance full stack solutions including backend services, APIs, and UI components
- Develop and optimize database objects (SQL Server, T-SQL) and ensure data integrity
- Implement MVC architecture and design patterns for maintainable and reusable code
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver features
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and best practice adoption
- Work with Azure DevOps for source control, branching, and pull requests
- Contribute to release management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment activities
- Adhere to Agile/Scrum practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
- Experience with VB.NET (legacy support/enhancements)
- Proficiency in Entity Framework and ORM concepts
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (T-SQL)
- Solid experience in JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end development
- Good understanding of MVC design pattern and application architecture
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (repos, branching, pull requests)
- Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of design patterns (e.g., MVC, Unit of Work)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle (PL/SQL)
- Exposure to legacy technologies (Classic ASP / VBScript, PHP)
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with NHibernate or alternative ORM frameworks
- Experience with Kendo UI / Telerik, TypeScript, Bootstrap
- Exposure to Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD setup, and release management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery model
