Role: .NET Full Stack Lead
Experience Required: 6+ Years
Location: Gurgaon
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web-based applications to solve complex business problems.
Write clean, well-structured, maintainable, and testable code .
Work across the full stack , leveraging modern front-end frameworks and robust back-end services.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and priorities .
Take ownership of deliverables with minimal supervision .
Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies where appropriate.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience & Background
6+ years of professional experience in an IT or business environment and/or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems .
3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (.NET Framework / .NET Core) and C# .
3+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
2+ years of experience with React .
Experience working with source control systems such as Git .
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in web application development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
Experience integrating complex business logic using JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful APIs .
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, repository structure, and dependency injection.
Strong database skills , including writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports .
Familiarity with Microsoft development tools such as Visual Studio, SQL Server, Windows Server, and GitHub.
Ability to debug, analyze, and enhance existing code written by others .
Understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall .
Working knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD concepts .
Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PowerShell, and XML .
Experience working with RESTful APIs and SOAP services .
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS .
