Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Core Technologies
- Deep expertise in Blazor (Web Assembly and/or Server)
- Strong .NET Core and C# development experience
- Advanced SQL Server skills, including performance tuning and complex query development
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Coding Agent, or integrating AI features
Architecture & Backend
- Experience building scalable APIs using .NET Web API
- Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, dependency injection, middleware, and configuration patterns
- Experience working in microservices or modular enterprise systems
Database & Data Layer
- Strong Entity Framework Core experience
- Data modelling, optimization, indexing strategies, and query tuning
Cloud & DevOps (Preferred)
- Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, API Management
- CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Roles & Responsibilities
General Engineering Expectations
- Ability to hit the ground running and start contributing to deliverables immediately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience integrating AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI or Coding Agent
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
